NO KEYS PROVIDED. Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Winning bidder will receive a Declaration of Sale for each vehicle for use in processing ownership/title through the Arizona MVD. Buyer is responsible for all title/registration requirements, fees, and removal/transportation of both vehicles.

Notice To Bidders

As per our Terms of Use Agreement, buyers agree to:

  • Contact the facility manager within 24 hours for payment and pick-up arrangements.
  • Make premium payments within 24 hours of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in loss of the auction and account suspension.
  • Bids placed in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction, the timer will reset back to 2 minutes.
  • A 15% buyer premium will be added to your final winning bid and charged to your credit card.
  • A 10% deposit of the winning bid will be charged to your credit card. That amount will be subtracted from the final amount due at the facility.
  • Units must be cleaned out entirely within 48-72 hours, leaving them broom-swept.
  • The buyer must promptly return all personal property, papers, photos, legal documents, tax returns, bank statements, yearbooks, etc.
  • Winning bidders understand they are entering into a binding contract. Failure to pay either party or clean out units completely will result in a permanent account suspension.
  • The facility has the right to cancel the auction at any time.
  • Defaulted tenants can cancel the auction by curing the account until payment is received from the winning bidder.
  • Winning bidders are liable for their winning bids, associated premiums, taxes, and fees regardless of whether they claim the property of the auction unit or units.
  • If the winning bidder has not submitted payment within 24 hours of the auction close time, the unit can be offered to alternate bidders.
  • By registering and agreeing to our Terms of Use, bidders cannot dispute charges processed through www.StorageAuctionServices.com.
  • Upon account suspension, all active winning bids will be removed.
  • If a unit receives NO bids or a winning bidder fails to pay, the unit becomes the property of the seller for disposal or relisting.
