- Arrival and Registration: Arrive 15-20 minutes before the auction begins. All buyers must register with a valid photo ID to participate. You must be at least 18 years old to bid.
- Bidding Rules: Bidders must be present when the auctioneer announces the terms and conditions. Units are sold as a whole, and viewing is limited to the doorway—no entering or handling items.
- Payment and Taxes: Payment is Cash Only, unless otherwise stated. Sales tax will be applied to all winning bids. Tax-Exempt buyers must present a valid sales tax certificate at registration.

- Personal Records: Buyers are required to return personal items such as photos, IDs, and important documents to the storage facility as soon as possible.
- Liability and Conduct: Buyers are responsible for their safety and behavior. Disruptive actions or prior non-compliance may result in bidding refusal. Children and pets are not allowed near units, and smoking is prohibited.
- Legal and Compliance: Any items deemed illegal, such as weapons or contraband, must be handed over to local authorities. The auctioneer or storage facility reserves the right to void sales due to errors or legal issues. Units are sold "AS-IS," with no warranties or guarantees.
